Every one shipped parcel is tracked, so every customer who did an order will get the tracking number, to check the track of his order.

Delivery costs depending on the the country of delivery and the quantity/weight of goods ordered.
If you are ordering from outside the Slovak republic you will be offered UPS Slovak Parcel Service delivery service once you reach the shipping confirmation page.
If your order is particularly heavy it may be subject to extra delivery charges. If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be advised of the additional cost before your order is despatched.
Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
